PAPERBOY VENTURES, LLC APPOINTS CHRISTIAN P. VANDENDRIESSCHE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Washington, D.C., November 15, 2006 – Paperboy Ventures, LLC, a leading intellectual property merchant bank with investments in high-tech and biotechnology companies, today announced that Christian P. Vandendriessche has joined Paperboy as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Vandendriessche joins Paperboy from Lehman Brothers, where he was for six years a Senior Vice President with the Capital Advisory Group. Mr. Vandendriessche is charged with advancing Paperboy’s merchant banking activities and supporting the growth of its portfolio companies. He will report directly to Paperboy’s Chairman, Allen Andersson.

"His background of leadership in both finance and management makes him particularly well-suited to these priorities as we expand Paperboy’s investing activities. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Vandendriessche served as President of International Operations for TradeOut, Inc., a pioneering B2B internet firm. From 1993-1999 he served in several positions with Motorola, Inc., including Director of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and Executive Director of the Network Ventures Division, where he was responsible for identifying, originating, building and operating wireless telecommunication companies around the world. He is the Founder of the Young Internationals Club of Chicago, as well as Founder of the Honduras Relief Fund, which provided relief in the wake of the devastation of Hurricane Mitch in 1998. Mr. Vandendriessche earned a BS in Business Analysis from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1984 and an MBA in 1989 from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
