As we scale our footprint with retailers, we’re looking for a strategic, dynamic, and retail-savvy Marketing Director to lead our growing marketing team.

Position Summary

Brami is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and elevate all aspects of our marketing strategy. This role is the most senior marketing position at the company and will own the full marketing budget, oversee a small but mighty team (Brand Director and Marketing Coordinator), and be a strategic partner to our Sales team. You will be responsible for building brand equity while driving velocity and awareness through retail-first, consumer-centric initiatives.

This role requires a well-rounded leader with deep experience in retail brand marketing, category insights, and shopper marketing. You’ll be the force behind our integrated campaigns, trade support strategies, and communication plans—bringing a seamless experience to life across retail, digital, and experiential.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Own and manage Brami’s marketing budget with a strong ROI focused mindset. Set the annual marketing strategy and calendar aligned with business objectives and sales cycles. Serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams.

Retail & Shopper Marketing
Lead development and execution of retail-first marketing strategies to support national and key account growth. Manage shopper marketing agencies and programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and sales goals. Leverage category insights and syndicated data to inform promotional planning and retail pitch decks.

Brand & Communications
Oversee brand positioning and narrative across all channels in close collaboration with Brand Director. Collaborate with Brand Director in executing campaigns that elevate Brami’s identity while driving trial and loyalty. Manage integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels. Own key communications across channels.

Sales Enablement
Partner with the Sales team to build and execute marketing plans that support velocity and deepen retailer relationships. Support trade shows, sell-in decks, and retailer marketing activation. Contribute to sell-through strategies and post-launch analyses.

Team & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor the Brand Director and Marketing Coordinator. Manage external agencies and contractors across creative, media, shopper. Establish performance KPIs and guide cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in CPG marketing, with a heavy focus on retail and brand marketing. Proven ability to lead shopper marketing programs and work with external agencies.

Strong analytical skills with experience using category and shopper insights to inform decision-making. Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams and launching programs at leading retailers.

Deep understanding of integrated marketing, communications, and campaign strategy.

Passion for emerging brands and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience managing and inspiring direct reports.

Bonus: Experience in DTC/growth marketing or digital acquisition strategy.
