As we scale our footprint with retailers, we’re looking for a strategic, dynamic, and retail-savvy Marketing Director to lead our growing marketing team.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead Brami’s next chapter — from powerful campaigns to in-store sell through and beyond. As our senior-most marketer, you’ll drive forward the brand’s defined strategy, ensuring every touchpoint — creative, retail, content, and product — advances a consistent, culturally relevant brand narrative.

You’ll oversee the full marketing function, with clear ownership of campaign strategy, execution, retail marketing, paid media, and innovation pipeline management. This is a rare opportunity for a creative-leaning operator who knows how to scale a challenger brand with precision and soul.

What You’ll Own

Brand Stewardship & Strategy Activation

Bring Brami’s defined brand position to life across all touchpoints and channels.

Serve as protector of the brand, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and experience across retail, digital, packaging, and activations.

Translate brand strategy into marketing objectives, campaign platforms, and go-to-market plans.

Build systems and guidelines that support creative clarity and cross-functional alignment.

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Leadership

Own the annual and quarterly marketing calendar, mapping out high-impact moments across product launches, seasonal campaigns and key cultural windows.

Lead cross-functional campaign planning and rollout across brand, retail, DTC, Amazon, and shopper channels.

Develop compelling briefs and manage creative execution across digital, social, experiential, and in-store.

Partner with agencies and freelancers to produce brand-building, conversion-driving work.

Retail Marketing & Sales Partnership

Drive velocity and awareness in retail through integrated marketing, promotions, field marketing, and co-branded retailer campaigns.

Collaborate with Sales to build customer-specific marketing plans and support sell-in with compelling pitch narratives and visuals.

Oversee trade marketing budget, tools, and executional assets to ensure sell-through support at scale. 

Paid Media & Performance

Own paid media strategy across channels — social, search, influencer, affiliate, and programmatic.

Set KPIs and manage performance tracking across brand and acquisition goals.

Build and refine media mix models and attribution reporting in collaboration with agencies or growth leads.

Ensure paid initiatives support both brand health and performance targets.

Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Management

Lead marketing’s role in product innovation, guiding consumer insight development, opportunity sizing, and product storytelling.

Partner with R&D, Sales, and Ops to build a roadmap of new products and limited-time offerings that align with brand and market strategy.

Develop positioning, packaging briefs, and launch playbooks for all innovation initiatives.

Ensure the brand voice and emotional promise extends across future formats and platforms.

Team Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration

Build and lead a best-in-class marketing team and partner ecosystem.

Own and manage the marketing budget across all workstreams with ROI rigor.

Collaborate closely with founders, sales, ops, and finance to align marketing with business objectives.

Represent Brami in external meetings with press, partners, investors, and buyers.

Who You Are

10+ years of marketing experience in food & beverage, CPG, or consumer lifestyle brands.

Proven experience building and scaling challenger brands with creative distinction and operational excellence.

Deep expertise in leading integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and in-store.

Experience managing retail marketing and working directly with sales and trade teams

Strategic and resourceful — able to balance vision with execution, storytelling with performance.

Natural leader and communicator who inspires teams, agencies, and stakeholders alike.

Passionate about Italian food and culture, wellness, and building brands that shift culture.
