About The Role
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and dynamic Operations Analyst to amplify Daily Crunch’s portfolio of products.
The Operations & Inventory Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our operational data and driving process accuracy across our supply chain. This person will be the go-to expert for our ERP system (Cin7), ensuring all inputs—especially related to inventory, COGS, and production—are timely, accurate, and reflective of our real-world operations. You'll also own customer tracking and support deduction management to ensure smooth and profitable order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building systems that drive smarter decision-making in a mission-driven food brand. Key Responsibilities
ERP Management & Data Entry
Own all data entry and updates within Cin7 ERP, including BOMs, production lots, purchase orders, sales orders, transfers, and adjustments.
Ensure ingredient and packaging costs are accurately reflected at the lot level to support precise COGS reporting.
Audit and reconcile system data regularly to flag and correct discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date item master data and vendor information.
Inventory & Production Tracking
Support inventory reconciliation across warehouses and co-manufacturers.
Track raw materials and finished goods from receipt to depletion.
Monitor production lot creation and ensure each lot is accurately costed and recorded.
Customer Order Tracking & Deductions
Own end-to-end track and trace processes for customer shipments (e.g., DTC, retail, distribution).
Maintain clear records of delivery status, PODs, and resolve issues quickly.
Manage customer deduction claims (e.g., shortages, damages, chargebacks), coordinating with finance and sales teams for resolution.
Experience working with distributors like KeHE and UNFI strongly preferred
Reporting & Analysis
Generate and maintain key inventory and operations reports (e.g., on-hand inventory, aged inventory, open POs, production efficiency).
Partner with Finance and Operations to analyze trends and improve planning accuracy.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or business analytics (CPG experience strongly preferred)
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP or demand planning software Cin 7 is a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for process optimization
Comfort working in a high-growth, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
Passion for food, sustainability, and innovation in the better-for-you snack space

Location: Remote (must live within 30 mins of major airport)
Reports to: Head of Operations
Salary Range: $70-85k + annual bonus potential
