About The Role
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our operations team! This role is responsible for managing purchase orders and shipping documentation, monitoring inventory across warehouses and retail channels, and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide accurate order updates and maintain stock availability, while also assisting in inventory system updates and resolving any shipping discrepancies. This is a key role for keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm PO accuracy, coordinate fulfillment, and provide ongoing order updates to sales and customer teams.
Monitor and manage inventory across warehouses, 3PLs, and retail channels.
Support weekly, monthly and quarterly inventory counts and reconcile against forecasting
Collaborate with logistics partners to schedule shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Support the sales teams with order updates, lead times, and stock availability.
Coordinate with Marketing and Ops to execute promotional campaigns.
Assist with inventory management system updates and improvements.
Investigate and address all shipping discrepancies, delays and damage claims with customers, co-packer and 3PLs.
Assist the operations team in ad hoc projects related to supply-chain and operations.
Assist in onboarding new logistics partners, co-packers, or fulfillment centers as we grow.
Qualifications
1–3 years of operations experience, preferably in CPG or supply chain/logistics.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with 3PLs, co-packers, or inventory systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR, or similar) is a bonus.

$65k+ base salary plus bonus
